Private Functions - Charges

Venue Charge - Circle Café is available for hire with, or without food provided. The prices below include all staff, venue hire, use of the piano and P.A., service of food and beverage, ice, all crockery and cutlery and setting up the venue to the client's wishes. Special Floral arrangements and decorations will be charged extra.
The prices given are for a function lasting 5 hours,
where food is not provided by Circle Café.

- Up to 50 people $550 (plus GST)
- 50 - 75 people $700 (plus GST)
- Over 75 people  $850 (plus GST)

Menu Charge - For a function where food is required, choose from the functions menus on the link below. Prices of the menus can be found on this page. Alternatively, choose your own customised menu.

Total Charge - Add the menu charge and the venue charge together and you will get the overall charge. No other costs.

Private Functions - Payment

Payment – Deposit of 50% of the total payable on booking at least 14 days prior to function. All payments must be finalised at the end of your function. In the event that a client leaves without arranging payment of the bill Circle Café reserves the right to charge the credit card details provided. If the card cannot be processed for any reason, the client agrees to make payment by an alternative method within 7 days. Payment can be made by cash, cheque or card (Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos)
